For your convenience, our student-teacher contracts are provided below. Please print, sign them, and return them to the Studio with your payment. For students under 18, a parent's signature is required.
Important Points to Note:
There are 30 classes in the contract year. Materials will be provided. The Group Class takes place on Saturdays from 10 AM to noon, starting September 11 and ending May 21. One make up day is available if the student misses a lesson, but if more than one class is missed, the cost of that day's lesson is forfeited. Tuition may be paid in a lump sum of $15000 prior to the start of classes or may be paid on a monthly basis at a rate of $167/month if paid during a 9 month cycle from September - May. The contract may be terminated for a $250 fee. Download the contract.
